1. Who we are

Nasty Developments ("we", "us") operates the FiveM scripts storefront available at this site. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit or buy from us, why, and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect

• Browsing data — we store a small session cookie when you log in via FiveM so you stay signed in across pages. We do not run third-party analytics that track you across sites.
• FiveM identity — when you log in with FiveM, we receive your FiveM account identifier and username. This is used to match purchases to your library and is stored only in the signed session cookie.
• Purchase data — checkout, billing, and payment-method information is collected and processed by Tebex (our payment processor), not by us. We never see or store your card details. We can see which packages a given FiveM identity has purchased so we can deliver them.

3. How we use it

• To complete your purchase and grant access to the scripts you bought.
• To show your purchased scripts in your library on this site.
• To respond to support questions or refund requests.
• To improve the site (basic server logs, no personal profile building).

4. Third parties

The following third parties process some of your data on our behalf:

• Tebex — payment processing, checkout, refunds, and tax handling. Their privacy policy applies to all checkout pages: tebex.io/privacy.
• Vercel — hosting. Vercel may keep basic anonymized request logs for security and uptime monitoring.
• Discord — only when you visit our Discord server via the link, Discord's own policy applies.
• YouTube — the YouTube section embeds public video thumbnails. Clicking through takes you to youtube.com under their policy.

5. Cookies

We use one cookie: a signed session cookie set after you log in with FiveM. It expires when you log out or after a fixed period. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU/UK, GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Most purchase-related data is held by Tebex and you should request it from them. For data we hold (your FiveM identifier and purchase mappings), email or DM us via Discord and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

Session cookies are kept only as long as you stay logged in. Purchase records are kept indefinitely so we can re-deliver scripts you have already paid for. You can request deletion at any time.
