1. Agreement

By browsing this site, creating an account, or purchasing a script, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we sell

Nasty Developments sells digital FiveM scripts and custom development services. All packages are delivered as digital downloads or as access tied to your FiveM identity.

3. License

• When you buy a script, you receive a non-transferable license to use it on FiveM servers you own or directly operate.
• You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, leak, or share the script with third parties.
• You may not reverse-engineer obfuscated portions, remove copyright notices, or rebrand the script as your own work.
• Modifications for your own server use are allowed; redistribution of modifications is not.
• We retain ownership of all source code, designs, and assets we provide.

4. Payment & checkout

All payments are processed by Tebex. Prices are shown in EUR by default; Tebex may convert to your local currency at checkout. Sales tax is added automatically by Tebex where required by law.

5. Refunds

Because scripts are digital products and downloadable immediately, refund requests are handled case-by-case. Open a ticket in our Discord describing the issue and we will respond within 7 days. We will work with you in good faith but cannot guarantee a refund once a script has been delivered and used. Refunds are processed via Tebex.

6. Updates & support

• Free updates are provided for the lifetime of each script unless the product page states otherwise.
• Support is provided through our Discord server. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
• Compatibility with future FiveM versions, frameworks, or third-party scripts is best-effort, not guaranteed.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the scripts to:

• Violate FiveM's or Take-Two's terms of service.
• Run cheating, exploiting, or unauthorized monetization on servers.
• Conduct illegal activity, harassment, or fraud on your server.

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if scripts are used in clear violation of these rules.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Scripts are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including server downtime or lost revenue.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the scripts is limited to the amount you paid for the affected script in the twelve months prior to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in our Discord. Continued use of the site after changes go into effect means you accept the new Terms.
